Welcome to AIA Cincinnati's online community!

In addition to handling our e-newsletter, program and event registration, this is a place for our members, design professionals, and the others interested in architecture and design to connect.

To register for our e-newsletter, or a program/event, create a profile through our online community hosted by Personify/MemberClicks. Once you've created a profile, your information will auto-populate fields when you register for programs or events. You can connect with others through our committee pages and by signing up for topic-specific e-lists (like a listserv but driven by you!). And as we all get comfortable with this new system, we'll roll out additional features to help our architects and others connect and collaborate. What to update in your profile. Below we explain what we're asking for and why. If you have any questions, please contact us via email info[at]aiacincinnati.org.

Sign up for AIA Cincinnati's weekly email newsletter: This question - Receive Architext, AIA Cincinnati's weekly e-newsletter? - is required on all profiles. Check "yes" to receive the e-news on Tuesday mornings. You can opt out at any time. Or you can check "no" and miss out on all the chapter news!

Information for AIA Members: In addition to the usual name and contact information questions, we have some additional questions so that we can better serve you.

• FIRM SIZE: AIA National does not currently collect information on firm size. In order for AIA Cincinnati to provide better resources and direction to our members, we have a question about the size of the firm where you work (based on the number of full-time employees). 
• PRACTICE SECTOR: AIA National also does not collect information about the sector in which you practice. Our profile form has a question on practice sector to help AIA Cincinnati direct referrals and for the searchable directory.
• MEMBER DIRECTORY:  AIA Cincinnati has an opt-in online directory of our chapter members. To be included, select "Yes" under Would you like to be included in the AIA Cincinnati Member Directory?
• ADVOCACY: AIA Cincinnati is responsible for local advocacy efforts. In an effort to better connect our members to our communities, we have a question about the county and neighborhood where you reside.
• ASSOCIATES: There is a question about your career path (pursuing licensure or an alternative career) that will help us connect you with resources that are useful to you.
