Welcome to AIA Cincinnati's online community!

In addition to handling our e-newsletter, program and event registration, this is a place for our members, design professionals, and the others interested in architecture and design to connect.

To register for our e-newsletter, or a program/event, create a profile through our online community hosted by Personify/MemberClicks. Once you've created a profile, your information will auto-populate fields when you register for programs or events. You can connect with others through our committee pages and by signing up for topic-specific e-lists (like a listserv but driven by you!). And as we all get comfortable with this new system, we'll roll out additional features to help our architects and others connect and collaborate. Communication Preferences: This lets you choose whether we can communicate with you via phone, email, or snail mail. 

Information for AIA Members: In addition to the usual name and contact information questions, we have some additional questions so that we can better serve you.

  • FIRM SIZE: AIA does not currently collect information on firm size. In order for AIA Cincinnati to provide better resources and direction to our members, we have a question about the size of the firm where you work (based on the number of full-time employees). 
  • PRACTICE SECTOR: AIA also does not collect information about the sector in which you practice. Our profile form has a question on practice sector to help AIA Cincinnati direct referrals and for the searchable directory.
  • MEMBER DIRECTORIES:  AIA Cincinnati is preparing an online directory of our chapter members. There are two profile areas relevant to this - one is a question about whether you wish to be included. The other is your work contact information. Since the directory will be public, we are only including work contact information. If your work contact information is not completed, you will not be included in the directory. 
  • AIA Ohio has a print directory. They pull their directory information from AIA National's database which is your Preferred Contact address, email, and telephone. If you are using your home address as your preferred contact information for AIA National, that is what AIA Ohio will publish. We have a question on the profile that will allow you to opt out of the AIA Ohio directory. If you would rather change your preferred contact information, you can do that through AIA National - log in then go to "My Account".
  • ADVOCACY: AIA Cincinnati is responsible for local advocacy efforts. In an effort to better connect our members to our communities, we have a question about the county and neighborhood where you reside.
  • ASSOCIATES: There is a question about your career path (pursuing licensure or an alternative career) that will help us connect you with resources that are useful to you.
ALLIED MEMBERS: You will be asked to include your industry/sector and a brief description of your company/services. The description will be used in the Allied Member directory.
